  The PTCA operating rooms open 24 hours a day, and 365 the entire year. We take emergent consultations as first priority; make our every effort to head start the crucial 90 minutes for our acute myocardial infarction patients.
The survival rate remarkably increased with our immediate interventions with the percutaneous coronary dilatation.

  Plans started for organizing the Cardiovascular Medical Center, which included Cardiac Internal Out-Patient Department, Cardiac Function Examination Room, Cardiac Catheterization Room, and Counseling of Health.

  The first case of our patient (Mr. Hsieh) proceeded to the cardiac catheterization examination, with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) treatment as well. (Dr. Chung-Wen Tsai, the director of En Chu Kong Hospital was invited as a counselor.)

  The first case of our patient (Mrs. Yang) proceeded to an emergent treatment of primary percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA), due to her acute myocardial infarction.

  Dr. Chung-Wen Tsai, vice- president and attending physician for Cardiology Department of Min-Sheng General Hospital, along with Dr. DH Wang of Tungs' Taichung MetroHarbor Hospital joined our team of Cardiovascular Medical Center.

  The first case of our patient (Mr. Chen) proceeded to the cardiac catheterization examination, with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) treatment for his right myecardial infarction.

  An American patient Mr. John Dee felt chest tightness while flying back to the US from Phuket Thailand. He was transferred from Taouan International Airport to our hospital. After diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, an emergent cardiac catheterization was then operated by Dr. DH Wang. He got sound post-operation and went back home to the States.

  Dr. Sunao Nakamura, professor of Medical College, Kumamoto University in Japan was invited for a clinical teaching at our Cardiac Catheterization Room on the reperfusion and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PTCA) for chronic total occlusion (CTO).

  The American patient Mr. John Dee came back to our hospital again to ask Dr. DH Wang for the operation of for his coronary artery infarction lasted 10 years. The cardiac function examination proved to be successful.
